Alexander Rodnyansky (presidential adviser in Ukraine)

Alexander Rodnyansky is a presidential adviser in Ukraine (since 2020), a supervisory board member of Ukraine's largest bank (The State Savings Bank of Ukraine) (since 2020), and an assistant professor of economics at the University of Cambridge (since 2017). Alexander is a research affiliate of the CEPR and a member of the CFM. Alexander was the chief economic adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2019-2020). Alexander holds a Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University and an MSc and BSc in economics from the LSE. Alexander's main research fields are empirical macroeconomics and finance, and international finance.
